Commercial HVAC

What qualifies a HVAC company or contractor to be a specialist? They all claim to be, but what does that mean, try asking them.

We are CERTIFIED HVAC Specialist , most are NOT.

We implement a proactive & science based approach in conjunction with cutting-edge practices & training. With this superior level of technical training we are able to achieve lasting results. Our level of expertise allows us to diagnose persistent, intermittent, & problems not so easily identified.

Comfort Solution Technologies is routinely called in when other HVAC contractors are unable to diagnose the problem or recommend a solution.

Certified

Comfort Solution Technologies isn’t certified just for the sake of being ‘Certified!’ We are Certified because this advanced level of industry technical training assists us in providing answers & solutions for lingering & unresolved issues. The unique ability to see an HVAC system in its entirety sets us apart. We are able to see an HVAC system mechanically as a Senior-Master Level Technician, able to understand the design characteristics of a system, & able to quantify the invisible ‘Fluid movement of Air in a system’ as an Air Balancer. This highly specialized training allows us to lower the Carbon Footprint (CO2 Emissions) of HVAC Equipment. Armed with licensed 3rd-Party software enables us to test HVAC Systems Unbiasedly. It’s the reason we can proudly say “Comfort Solution Technologies industry expertise allows us to design, install, retro-fit, & maintain the most Comfortable, Safe, Efficient, & Healthy HVAC systems in the industry.”

Certifications:
Air Balancing #18-182-04
HVAC System Performance #18-181-04
Carbon Monoxide Safety & Combustion Analysis #19-262-01
Duct System Optimization Specialist #22–073-07

At Comfort Solution Technologies we are able to implement our highly specialized training to actually provide proactive service & maintenance.

We help to manage properties more effectively with the capability of tailoring our checklist to the individual client’s needs & points of focus for a particular property. The end result is not only decreasing downtime, but also increasing longevity of equipment & optimizing the overall HVAC system efficiency.

Whether it’s independently owned rental property to professionally managed accounts, commercial properties ranging from store front businesses, Churches, to townships, & warehouses.

System Design

Incorporates the Owner’s 20 + years of personal industry expertise that spans from some of the most extensive industry training & Certifications found under one roof. We utilize not only our mechanical background, but our knowledge of the dynamics of Airflow, ventilation, combustion & make-up air to design, install, & retrofit. We are capable of retro-commissioning preexisting HVAC systems. This can lower CO2 emissions while lowering overall utility cost.

Proper Ventilation is Important

Building Science has improved just as the building envelope has improved to decrease the amount of heat loss/ heat gain in a given space. Typically, commercial properties HVAC equipment is better suited for fresh air exchange. However, making sure overall building energy efficiency is impacted little as possible can be a very delicate balance.

Adequate air change negates excessive build-up of VOC’s (Gases), dust, pollen (particulates), bacteria, viruses, pathogens, & Allergens (Germs/Bioaerosols). The number of occupants in a space can drastically impact the quality of air creating excess levels of Carbon dioxide one of the key indicators for poor air quality.

AIR QUALITY

We customize a solution for the client or place of business.

We tailor a system to achieve our client’s desired goal by blending proven techniques with cutting edge active air treatment technologies. Focusing on technologies that produce no ozone, no unsafe free radicals, products that are better for the environment, & have a lower cost of ownership.

HVAC ENERGY AUDIT

When conducting an energy audit to analyze the HVAC System “real world” conditions.

We use our industry leading training in conjunction with our NIST certified instrumentation to precisely gauge the total capacity output of HVAC equipment. The testing can even validate the integrity of ductwork design as it relates to over-all system performance.

Another unique capability is verifying the quality of power (Voltage) being supplied to equipment & validate how efficiently it’s being used by the HVAC equipment. If left unchecked this can be extremely detrimental to HVAC system’s longevity & cost of operation can go up considerably.

AIR BALANCING

Measuring & understanding the fluid, dynamic movement of air in any forced air system heating or cooling is the pillar of HVAC Design.

This medium that allows the transfer of heat into a space (heating), allows the removal of heat out of a space (cooling), aids in humidity control, & even plays a role in air quality. Each piece of heating & cooling equipment has designed Airflow characteristics & operating targets from the manufacturer. We can actually measure the output Airflow (CFM) of the HVAC equipment & measure what’s actually being delivered into the living space.

We can then redistribute & balance airflow from areas that may be getting too much airflow to areas that may be lacking enough airflow.

HVAC Controls make a difference in the bottom line.

From single-family homes, to condos, to commercial properties & store fronts. Comfort Solution Technologies is more than capable of installing, upgrading, or modernizing your HVAC controls. Whether it’s to improve comfort, reduce operating cost, improve air quality or even the simple convenience of having the connectivity to be able to control & monitor comfort remotely from anywhere.

We offer “Smart Home” controls to not only integrate with the HVAC, but with lighting, appliances, door locks, garage openers, window sensors, motion & occupancy sensors (the list goes on). So if you’re looking for a better option to manage your current home, rental property, vacation home, or place of business Comfort Solution Technologies is definitely the right place.
